Vehicle Pick-Up at Zagreb Airport

Vehicle pick-up is arranged through our Meet & Greet service directly at Zagreb Airport.

After exiting the airport terminal, please proceed to the taxi pick-up point located next to NERO Café, just outside the terminal building. Our representative will be waiting for you there with a clearly visible sign displaying your name or the TODI Rent a Car name.

Our representative will then guide you to your vehicle and assist you with the pick-up process.

No shuttle or transfer is required – your vehicle will be waiting directly at the Zagreb Airport parking area, ready for you to start your journey.

Mandatory Online Check-In

For all Zagreb Airport Meet & Greet reservations, online check-in must be completed before arrival. This allows us to prepare all necessary documentation in advance and ensures a quick and easy vehicle pick-up. Remaining balance can be paid only by card. 

Vehicle Return

The vehicle should be returned directly to the main parking area at Zagreb Airport. No additional shuttle or transfer to the terminal is required.
