    How can I pay?

    You can pay by credit / debit card, bank transfer or when picking up the car. Details in general terms.

    Is there an insurance deposit?

    No. No damage insurance deposit is required. Only a 30% deposit is required to reserve a vehicle if you pay for the vehicle when picking it up.

    How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?

    According to the law of the Republic of Croatia, the driver must be at least 18 years old and has to have valid drivers licence.

    Is it possible to use someone else's vehicle collection card?

    No. When taking over the vehicle, a credit card is required as a rental guarantee on behalf of the user, who must be present at the time of taking over the vehicle.

    Can another person drive the rental car?

    Yes. An additional driver should be specified in the rental agreement. Details can be found in the general terms and conditions.

    Can I use a car beyond the borders of the Republic of Croatia?

    Yes. Only with the written approval of TODI Rent a Car. Contact us for details.

    What level of insurance do I have?

    TODI Rent a Car offers maximum protection.

    Are all passengers insured?

    Yes. All passengers have maximum protection.

    How can I book a vehicle?

    Simply! You can book online through our website or simply contact us via email address or by calling the phone number. We are at your service!

    Is there a possibility of vehicle delivery and collection at other locations?

    Yes, the vehicle can be delivered and picked up at other locations by arrangement. Vehicle delivery service outside office is included in the price. See our location browser for more locations. Contact us for details.

    Is it possible to return or pickup the vehicle outside of working hours?

    Yes. The vehicle can be picked up or returned outside working hours. Extra charge for working outside working hours is possible. Contact us for details.

    What is reservation deposit?

    The reservation deposit is 30% of the total amount of the reservation that you pay if you pay the car rental upon collection.

    What if plane lands after working hours, will I be able to pickup the car?

    Yes, you will be able to pick up or return the car regardless of the flight schedule. If it is outside working hours, a surcharge for working outside working hours is possible. Contact us for details.

    Do I need to have a credit card to book a vehicle?

    It depends on the method of payment. We accept credit cards. You can pay the rent by credit / debit card, cash or transaction account.

    How can I cancel a reservation and do I have to pay the cancellation?

    The reservation can be canceled no later than 3 days before the agreed date, in which case the cancellation is free. We refund the amount in full. Contact us for details.

    How much I need to pay to make a reservation?

    If you pay by bank transfer or credit / debit card, you pay 100% of the car rental immediately. If you choose to pay when you pick up the vehicle, you pay 30% of the full amount of the car rental, and the rest when you pick up the vehicle.

    Can I change the reservation?

    Of course. If the reservation holder wants to change the reservation, he can do so by e-mail.

    Is there a mileage limit?

    There is no limit on mileage.

    What if I don`t get a full fuel tank?

    In case you receive a vehicle with an incomplete tank, you will return the vehicle with the tank to the same fuel level as you received it. If you return more than you received, the difference will not be refunded.

    What should I do in case of vehicle damage / accident?

    If you have any damage to the vehicle, it is necessary to contact the branch office where the vehicle was taken over and the police to make a police record in order to validate the agreed conditions. If we offer another free vehicle, you are entitled to the same.

    What should I do in case of vehicle fault?

    In case of vehicle breakdown, contact us at the specified phone number. Todi Rent a car provides 24/7 assistance in the event of a breakdown. If the vehicle is not in running order, and we have another free vehicle at your disposal, you have the right to use it.

    What if I filled the tank with a wrong fuel?

    If the fuel tank is filled with the wrong fuel, do not drive the car and contact the branch office for further instructions.

In accodance to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), you can submit a written complaint by email to hi@todirentacar.com, by mail to address: Virski put 134, 23234 Vir, Croatia or in person at our office.

    We will respond to your complaint within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and we will deliver the response by post or email.
