    To make the rental process and services easier for you, we offer various payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best.

    Here is an overview of our currently supported payment methods:

    1. Full Payment (Cash or Card): When paying in full, the service price will be charged in full during the purchase process. This means you will pay the full amount immediately, including the service price, taxes, delivery costs, and any other applicable fees.
    2. Bank Transfer: For larger services or if you prefer, you can make payment via bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be provided to you during the reservation process.
    3. Payment on Pickup: You can also choose the option of payment upon pickup. This means you will pay for the services when you pick them up at a designated location or from a designated person.

    Reservation Deposit of 30%

    Our 30% reservation deposit option allows you to secure your vehicle reservation with a minimal initial deposit of 30% of the total price. This flexible payment option allows you to pay a smaller amount upfront, with the remaining amount payable later, in accordance with our payment terms.

    Complaints

    If you have a complaint or objection to our services, please use the contact form or contact us by mail. In accodance to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), you can submit a written complaint by email to hi@todirentacar.com, by mail to address: Virski put 134, 23234 Vir, Croatia or in person at our office.

    We will respond to your complaint within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and we will deliver the response by post or email.
