    How can I pay?

    You can pay by credit / debit card or when picking up the car. Details are in general terms.

    Is there an insurance deposit?

    No damage insurance deposit is required. In order for your reservation to be active, you must pay the full amount or 30% of the total vehicle rental. 

    What level of insurance do I have?

    TODI Rent a Car offers maximum protection.

    Are all passengers insured?

    Yes. All passengers have maximum protection.

    Is it possible to return or pickup the vehicle outside of working hours?

    Yes. The vehicle can be picked up or returned outside working hours. Extra charge for working outside working hours is possible. Contact us for details.

    What is reservation deposit?

    The reservation deposit is 30% of the total reservation amount, which you pay if you decide to rent with us. The remaining amount is possible to pay when picking up the vehicle.

    Do I need to have a credit card to book a vehicle?

    It depends on the method of payment. We accept credit cards. You can pay the rent by credit / debit card or cash.

In accodance to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), you can submit a written complaint by email to hi@todirentacar.com, by mail to address: Virski put 134, 23234 Vir, Croatia or in person at our office.

    We will respond to your complaint within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and we will deliver the response by post or email.
