What is required to pick up the vehicle?
In order to give you flexibility and comfort when picking up the vehicle, we have prepared a simple guide with all the necessary information and steps. Below are instructions that will help you collect the vehicle without any problems, even when our workers are not present.
When picking up the vehicle, you must have a valid ID/passport and driver's license. Since all our vehicles have Premium Protect insurance, a credit card is not required.
When booking a vehicle via our website or by email/phone call, you are required to pay a reservation deposit of 30% of the total vehicle rental to confirm your reservation. The rest is paid when you pick up the vehicle.
In order to complete the vehicle pick-up process, you must make payment in one of the following ways:
- By card - Visa Card, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Premium Diners, Revolut (prepaid or electronic card)
- By cash
Picking up the vehicle outside of working hours
To pick up vehicle outside of working hours, we will use a key box that is placed in a designated place in our offices. This system allows the keys to be handed over after all employees have gone home. Fee for out of hour is 20€.
All clients who pick up a vehicle outside of the office's working hours are required to complete a full online check-in with attached images of documents.
- The day before the start of the vehicle rental, you will receive detailed instructions (key box location, access password, vehicle location-parking space number and other necessary information) by e-mail
- In case you have not paid the full amount of the vehicle rental: if you want to pay by card, you will be sent a payment link along with the contract where you will make the payment; if you want to pay in cash, you can do so when returning the vehicle.
- After sending pick up instructions, we send you a request to sign the contract, please sign it as soon as possible
- We send digitally signed contracts to your e-mail
- After arriving at the location, find your key box number and enter the password you received via email
- When you enter the password, the door of the key box will unlock, and you will receive the keys for the vehicle you reserved
- Once you have found your vehicle in our designated parking lot, you can leave the airport area without interruption
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
If the user returns the vehicle with less fuel, our current price list will apply with an additional charge for the refueling service.
Full tank purchase option
The user can pay in advance for a full tank of fuel, the prices for this service are equal to the market prices of fuel. There is no refund for unused fuel.
