    We are happy to announce that TODI Rent a Car has launched new Meet & Greet locations at both Zagreb Airport and Split Airport. This service allows a fast and convenient handover of your rental vehicle right upon arrival in Croatia and is available for all rentals longer than 7 or 10 days.

    With the Meet & Greet service, our team will welcome you directly at the arrivals terminal. There is no need to visit an office or go through lengthy administration – your vehicle will be ready the moment you arrive!

    ✔️ Available at the two busiest airports

    • ✈️ Zagreb Airport (ZAG) – Franjo Tuđman for all rentals longer than 10 days
    • ✈️ Split Airport (SPU) for all rentals longer than 7 days

In accodance to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), you can submit a written complaint by email to hi@todirentacar.com, by mail to address: Virski put 134, 23234 Vir, Croatia or in person at our office.

    We will respond to your complaint within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and we will deliver the response by post or email.
